about

Insight and experience

Sport Exchange Australia is privileged to have the support of the Sports Diplomacy Advisory Council, appointed by Foreign Minister Marise Payne, and chaired by Mrs Josephine Sukkar AM.

The Council works closely with federal and state authorities, sporting organisations, educational institutions and other stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities for Australia to share its sporting expertise with the world.

The 13 members of the Council have made significant contributions to the Australian sports sector, not only on the field, but in administration, education, media and business. Their insight and experience will help us strengthen our engagement with regional neighbours through sport, and enrich Australia’s sporting reputation across the globe.
